I have a Bosch Universal mixer and I DO mix the final dough with the bread kneader arm.Karey Swanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17034683057840961060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6303495150750199708.post-1075182103122924512012-11-18T19:32:33.110-07:002012-11-18T19:32:33.110-07:00I made this a few days ago, & it's almost ...I made this a few days ago, & it's almost gone. My hubby likes it, and as you said it makes a great munchie snack. It was kind of hard to mix, though. I might try to use my bread dough bucket next time. Thanks for the recipe, it may make good Christmas gifts in a jar:)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6303495150750199708.post-58298571491691123232012-11-15T10:04:11.938-07:002012-11-15T10:04:11.938-07:00I'll be doing another post on this cereal with...I'll be doing another post on this cereal with more pics. I've mentioned in another post that I'm still trying to tweak a chocolate version of this. I do this recipe and make one of the baking trays the chocolate version. So far I've done coco powder which worked fine, but Monte wanted it more chocolaty. Another try was with a 4oz bar of unsweetened chocolate, and he likes that, tho feeling it should be a bit more sweeter. So next time, I'll add more maple syrup.Karey Swanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17034683057840961060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6303495150750199708.post-26742959615253768982012-11-15T09:56:56.461-07:002012-11-15T09:56:56.461-07:00Yes, I mentioned crumbling the baked "coffee ...Yes, I mentioned crumbling the baked "coffee cake" and then either drying in the oven or a dehydrator. Because of wanting the crumbles to dry crisp, if you do it in your oven, you'll need more cookie sheets and dry it at a low temp. As I said, I dehydrate, and this recipe fills all my 9 trays!Karey Swanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17034683057840961060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6303495150750199708.post-88969697958858391162012-11-15T07:28:50.005-07:002012-11-15T07:28:50.005-07:00So, I'm confused.:)
